Section 9. Maintenance of registers

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 109; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Every person who undertakes the treatment of seed other wise than by exposure to the heat of the sun shall maintain such records, registers and accounts as may be prescribed.
