Section 4. Constitution of other national park

4. The [State Government]2 may, by notification in the [Official Gazette]3, constitute any other Government forest area a nations, park for the purpose of this Act, and any park so constituted shall be deemed to be constituted under this Act : Provided that no such notification shall be made, except on the recommendation of a resolution passed by [both Houses of the State Legislature.]4
