Section 5. Presumption of smoking prepared opium in certain cases

5. If any person not being a registered smoker, is found in possession of prepared opium or any apparatus used for the smoking of, or the manufacture of, prepared opium, it shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that such person smokes prepared opium.
