Section 7. Opium smoking assembly

7. An assembly of two or more persons, whether registered smokers or not, is designated an opium smoking assembly if the common object of such persons is to smoke or manufacture prepared opium. Explanation--- An assembly which was not as opium smoking assembly when it assembled may subsequently become such an assembly.
