Section 107. Protection to [Gram Panchayat]4 and Nyay Adalat 18 of 1950

107- (1) The provisions of the Judicial Officer's Protection Act, 1850, shall apply to the members of Nyaya Panchayat. (2) No civil case or prosecution shall be entertained in any court against a [Gram Panchayat]4 or any member or officer thereof or any person acting under its or his direction in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or by-laws made thereunder.
