This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
109- If any dispute arises [as to the jurisdiction of a Nyaya Panchayat or]1 between two or more [Gram Panchayats]6 or between a [Gram Panchayat]6 and the town area or a municipal board or a Zila Parishad, it shall be referred to the prescribed authority whose decision shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
