This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
116- All sums due to the [Gram Sabha]3, whether on account of any tax or any other account, shall be recovery, it shall be competent for the Gram Panchayat to take any measure of institute any proceeding which it would have been open to the [Gram Sabha]3 to take or institute, if the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Laws (Amendment) Act, 1994 had not come into force.
