Section 12-B. Meetings of Gram Panchayat

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
[12-B (1) A Gram Panchayat shall ordinarily meet for the transaction of business at least once every month but two months shall not intervene between two consecutive meetings. (2) The meetings of the Gram Panchayat shall be held at such place and in such manner as may be prescribed.]10
