Section 90. Summons to defendant or accused persons

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
90- A Nyaya Panchayat after an application is made under section 75, shall, unless it has been dismissed or otherwise disposed of under the provisions of this Act, cause summons in the prescribed form to be served in the proscribed manner on the defendant or the accused person [***]6 requiring him to attend and produce his evidence at such time and place as may be stated in the summons and shall at the t same time direct the plaintiff or complainant [***]6 to attend and produce his evidence at such time and place.
