Section 92. Payment of adjustment of decree to be recorded

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
92- If on the application of the decree-holder or the judgment debtor, the Nyaya Panchayat which passed the decree finds after enquiry that the decree has been satisfied wholly or in the Nyaya Panchayat shall record the fact in the prescribed register.
