13- Subject to such rules as the [State Government]2 may make in this behalf; a Commandant or Assistant Commandant shall have with respect to Police Officers appointed to [Uttar Pradesh]2 Police Force under the Police Act, 1861, who are not officers of the [Pradeshik Armed Constabulary]1 the same disciplinary powers as a Superintendent of Police of a District has with respect to them under that Act.
