Section 9. Discharge from [Pradeshik Armed Constabulary]

9- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Police Act, 1861, or in any other law, no officer of the [Pradeshik Armed Constabulary]1 shall be entitled to be discharged from the [Pradeshik Armed Constabulary]1 .
