This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
17. A Pro Vice-Chancellor may be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with prior approval of the Chancellor in such manner as may be prescribed by Statutes and shall exercise such power and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
