Section 3. Proposal for the establishment of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. (1) The Sponsor Trust shall have the right to establish the University of Engineering and Technology Roorkee in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) Containing the proposal related to establishment of University along with documents has been presented to the State Government by the Sponsor Trust.
