This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. The First statutes framed by the Board of Governors shall be submitted to the State Government for its approval within three months after the application of Act, which may, within three months from the date of receipt of the Statutes give its approval with or without modification.
