Section 38. Right to appeal

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
38. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, Every employee or student of the University have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision and thereupon the Board of Management may confirm, modify, alter or cancel the decision appealed against.
