Section 41. Constitution of Committee

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
41 Whenever any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the statues to constitute Committee, such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of any or all the members of the authority concerned and of such other person, if any, as the authority in each case thinks fit.
