Section 43. Protection of action taken in good faith

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
43. No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything, which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Rules made there under.
