Section 18. Procedure THE UTAR PRADESH HABITUAL OFFENDERS' RESTRICTION ACT, 1952

18. The provisions of Chapter XX of the Code shall apply, as far as may be, to the proceedings under sections 4, 6 and 12 of this Act as they apply to a summons case.
