Section 5. Financial provisions

5. (1) The Trustees Committee may, from time to time, borrow any sum required for the purposes of this Act. (2) The monies in the Fund may be deposited in any scheduled bank or invested by the Trustees Committee in loans and advances to any Corporation owned or controlled by the State Government, or in such other manner as the State Government may from time to time direct. (3) The Fund shall be deemed to be a local fund and be audited by the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts, and Uttar Pradesh.
