This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Diseases and Pests Act, 1954. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force at once.
