This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. The State Government may any notification in the official Gazette delegate to any officer or authority any of the powers conferred on it by this Act to be exercised subject to any restriction and conditions as may be specified in the notification.
