Section 54. Recovery of betterment fee, etc. as arrears of land revenue

54- All moneys payable in respect of any land by any person under this Chapter in respect of betterment fee or any interest due thereon up to the date of realisation, shall be recoverable by the Board from the said person or this successor-in-interest as arrears of land revenue.
