Section 79. Procedure

79- (1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on the complaint of, or upon information received from, the Board or an officer of the Board duly authorized in this, behalf, within six months next after the commission of the offence. (2) No court inferior to that of a magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
