This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005, s.34; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1— (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Bhagirathi River Valley Authority Act, 1999. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
