Section 13. Maintenance of the fund

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005, s.34; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13— The amount of the fund shall be deposited in the Public Ledger Account in a Government Treasury, which shall be operated by the Member-Secretary either singly or jointly with such other member or officer as the Authority may authorize : Provided that noting in this section shall be deemed to preclude the Authority from retaining such balance in cash as may be necessary for current payments.
