Section 21. Protection of action taken in good faith

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005, s.34; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
21— No Suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer thererof in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder.
