Section 19. Bhoomi sanrakshan adhikari to make progress report

19. (1) The Bhoomi Sanrakshan Adhikari shall report to the Zila Samiti in such form and at such intervals, as may be prescribed, the progress made in the execution of plans. (2) A copy of the progress report shall also be forwarded to the Director of Agriculture or his appointee. (3) The Director shall submit a quarterly report on the progress of the plans to the Board.
