Section 56. Disposal of inmates on withdrawal or resignation of certificates

56. Where a school ceases to be an approved school, the children or youthful offender detained therein shall be either discharged absolutely or on such conditions as the State Government may impose or transferred by order of the State Government, to some other approved school in accordance with the provisions of the Act relating to discharge and transfer.
