Section 30. Recognition of transfer by the foreman

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. Every transfer under section 29 shall be recognized by the foreman, unless he considers that the transferee is not solvent or the transfer is likely to defeat the provisions of any law for the time being in force.
