Section 36. Subscribers dues to be first charge on chit assets

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
36. Where there are debts due from the foreman of a chit in relation thereto and also other debts due from him, the chit debts due to, the subscribers shall be first charge on the chit assets.
