Section 54. Registrar to be corporate sole

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
54. The Registrar of Chits shall be a corporate sole having perpetual succession and common seal with the power to acquire hold and dispose of property, and may sue and be sued in his corporate name.
