Section 58. Powers of Registrar to condone delay in certain cases

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
58. The Registrar may, in his 'discretion and upon an application in writing by any foreman made within the period of fourteen days specified in sub-section (2) of section 22, sub-section (2) of section 23, section, 31 or section 34, allow to the foreman further time not exceeding fifteen days to file a copy of any document under any of the provisions referred to above.
