Section 61. Application of fines

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
61. The court imposing any fine under this Act or the Registrar compounding an offence under sub-section (4) of section 59 may direct that the whole or any part of the fine realized may be applied in or towards payment' of the costs of the proceedings .
