Section 65. Power of court to grant relief in certain cases

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
65. Nothing contained in the foregoing provisions of this Act shall affect; the powers vested in a court to grant any relief against any of the provisions contained in the Chit agreement if the same be unconscionable or opposed to the provisions of any law.
