Section 68. Power to exempt

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), s.90(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
68. The State Government may, by notification published in the official Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons to whom or any chit or class of chits to which, this Act applies from all or any of its provisions subject to such conditions as it may think fit and may cancel or modify any- such notification.
