Section 19. Repeal and saving

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Commission for Minorities Act, 2002 (Uttarakhand Act 9 of 2002), s.19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
19. (1) The Uttar Pradesh Commission for Minorities Ordinance, 1994 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken by the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have done or taken under this Act as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times
