Section 17. Chairman, Members and employees of the Commission to be public servant

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 53; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
17. The Chairman, Members and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public Servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
