Section 6. Officers and other employees of the Commission

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 53; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. (1) The State Government shall provide the Commission with a Secretary and such other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Commission. (2) The salaries and allowances payable, to, and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
