Section 8. Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings of the Commission

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 53; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. No act or proceeding of the Commission shall be invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy of defect in the Constitution of the Commission.
