Section 24. Appeal against order under section 20

24. (1) An appeal shall lie to the High Court against every decision of the Special Court made under section 20. (2) In any appeal preferred in the High Court under sub-section (1) the High Court may confirm, reverse, vary or modify the decision or direct that the matter be re-heard by the Special Court.
