Section 11. District Plan Ceiling

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand District Planning Committee Act, 2007 (Uttarakhand Act 4 of 2007), s.23(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. (1) The State Government shall enquire into and estimate the financial resources for financing the District Plan and shall decide the district plan outlay ceiling accordingly. (2) The District Plan outlay ceiling fixed under section (1) may be revised or altered at any time during the financial year by the State Government.
