Section 5. Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings of the Committee

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand District Planning Committee Act, 2007 (Uttarakhand Act 4 of 2007), s.23(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. No act or proceeding of the Committee shall be invalid merely on the ground of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Committee.
