This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. No woman or child shall be required, or allowed, to work, whether as an employee or otherwise in any shop or commercial establishment during night.
