This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. The Chief Inspector, the Deputy Chief Inspector and every Inspector appointed under section 29, shall be deemed to be to public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
