Section 33. Contravention of provisions

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
33. Any person, who contravenes, or fails to comply with, any of the provisions of this Act, or of the rules made thereunder, other than those of sub-section (1) of section 20, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
