This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
39. The provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 and of the rules made thereunder, shall, mutatis mutandis apply to every employee of a shop or commercial establishment.
