Section 4-A. Register of shops and commercial establishments

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4-A The Chief Inspector shall maintain in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed, a register of all shops and commercial establishments, to which this Act applies : Provided that different such registers may be maintained for different areas and for different classes of shops and commercial establishments.
