Section 10. Repeal and savings

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 212; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. (1) The Uttar Pradesh Electric Wire and Transformers (Prevention and Punishment of Theft) Ordinance, 1976, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
