Section 4. Declaration of existing stocks

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 212; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. Any person who at the commencement of this Act, has in his stock aluminium or copper in a quantity exceeding the quantity prescribed under section 3 shall declare such stock to the Licensing Authority within fifteen days from the date on which the quantity is first prescribed.
